Booked the BBQ pit about 1 week ago but a few conflicts and misunderstandings happened and because of that the outing wasn't nicely planned out then before we knew it, our outing was on the next day. So during work, on Sunday, we ordered our BBQ food online and organised everything properly.

Yesterday, Zulhelmi, Ivfeno, Atikah and I met each other first at Sembawang MRT. It was the most convenient for me but apparently I wasn't the earliest. HAHA. 

Nasi Ayam for lunch at Bedok Interchange Food Market. 

After lunch, we hopped onto Bus 43 to BBQ Wholesale Centre to collect our chill food as well as the necessary items for BBQ. 

After which, we tried to hail a cab but that area was a little remote so it was difficult to get a cab. We took an alternative transport - Bus. At first, we planned to take the bus back to Bedok Interchange but Zhi Qiang said we could alight at a stop at Kembangan, take bus 33 to PP( Parkway Parade). So we alighted but there was no 33 at that bus stop. -_-

We ended up taking 2 cabs to PP when the taxi driver driving the 7-seater Trans Cab didn't want to take us in. We drove back to the same route where we came from when we boarded the bus. It was like a wasted bus trip of 70 cents.

Went in to Giant Hypermarket to get drinks and more food for our BBQ.

These BEN&JERRY'S ice cream was something extra though. HEHE.

It was so refreshing having to eat ice cream on a hot and sunny day while running errands. ;)

After grocery shopping, we walked to East Coast, pushing the trolley along because we really needed it with all those bulky stuff. Then my pair of pink slippers was giving me problems with walking, blisters started popping up from in between my toes as well as the soles of my feet. Zul was so nice to exchange slippers with me but it turned out weird because... (The pictures will explain it.)

AT LAST, we reached Area D Pit 33. The boys were busy setting up their tent.

After having barbecued some food to munch on, Zhi Qiang, Atika, Zul, Ivfeno and I went to see crabs. The floor was filled with algae which made it super slippery. And guess what? I slipped and fell on my ass so yeah, it happened so quickly. My natural reaction was to get my hands on the floor to support my body first that's why my ass didn't hurt as bad as my hand. My right hand was cut quite deeply from the uneven ground. It bleeded quite a bit too. The worse part was that, I hurt myself and I didn't manage to see a single crab. I almost fell a second time but Zul was holding onto me so thank god.

We failed in our jump shot so many times so we gave up on it and did an informal shot instead.

Huda joined us in the evening and bought fries from Best Fries Forever.~

Bryan came and join us in the late evening. Then we barbecued more food to eat and played games like Truth or Dare and Heart Attack. 

I had the best time of my life yesterday and I would like to thank:
