Goodbye holidays, hello school.

This week passed by so quickly, and before we know it, school starts tomorrow. I'm a teeny bit excited for the new semester to begin, to mingle with new faces, to sneak food into lecture halls and enjoy school while I still can.

But this enthusiasm will definitely last for a day. If only, school didn't have projects, tests and exams. I know I'm gonna dread school as soon as it starts because the modules that I'll be taking this semester is plain boring, dry and tough. The modules are related to International Business, which is the other specialisation that I'm taking apart from Supply Chain Management. Just the thought of it makes my head spin. But for now, I'm just going to stay optimistic and enjoy today as well as the first few days of school!

This was how I've spent the last few days of my 7 to 8 weeks of holidays...

October 12:

Yesterday's impromptu outing to Clarke Quay! Spent our time experiencing and enjoying Singapore's night life, its ambience on a windy Saturday.

We just sat around, talked and drank (fruit juices/cocktails) after our dinner and then strolled to Boat Quay, to Fullerton Hotel and back to Raffles Place. It felt like we were being a tourist for a day.

Dinner @ Fremantle Seafood Market.
Super bad lighting which explains the horrible pictures taken. We tried the Chilli Crab and Scallops Pizza and Fish and Chips.

October 11:
Yes! To the beach each, again. It's the second time I've stepped on the sands and water of Siloso Beach this holiday! Oh how I love the beach.

I've no idea, what that girl is doing. Hm.

Our dear friend buried in sand. HAHA.

Double chin and round face for you?

Astons for dinner! And then back to Vivo's rooftop to chill. It's my favourite place to relax because it's pretty serene and really windy up there. Stayed up pretty late until the guards had to chase us out. It was a good Friday. :')

October 10:

Headed to the Singapore Zoo to volunteer for a community service event by the Salvation Army! It has been a long time since I've last been to the Zoo and it was a pretty exciting but tiring experience to be able to take care of a Kindergarten (K1) kid while they run around excitedly to interact with the animals. My little bro over here is called Brandon Lee! He's a pretty fun-loving boy, I must say. It was nice to have him around during the trip.

This cute boy fanned me voluntarily. Singapore's weather is seriously intolerable.
(Pardon my chubby face, pls)

The first time he actually fed me his chocolates voluntarily even though I said I didn't want any. So the second time, I decided to take a video of it. It looks like I'm forcing him but he really did feed me for the first time. So adorable! Look at how he looks at himself in the video.
(More of a GIF than a video here.)

Brought him to wear this cap because it's his favourite animal!

Bye Brandon! You were well-behaved, wish you could smile more though.

October 9:

Picnic by Punggol Waterfront! It was a really simple outing but I really loved it because it felt kinda adventurous to walk & travel that much to reach this part of Singapore. It was worth it though, the view was amazingly breathtaking.

We even managed to find a shaded spot to lay our picnic mat and settle down.

My favourite arm candy!

October 8:
Sang karaoke! FOR 6 HOURS. I've never sang so long before. It was a good singing session after so long of not singing k. Hoho.

xxx

If you've realised, everything that I've done this holiday has been a first-time experience for me or something that I haven't done in a long time so I'm really glad for the awesome company, thankful for all the plans that has been organised, and the time I have spared to make all this happen. Such an eventful holiday. October has been really good, I can't wait for November now!

See you guys in school or anywhere else. Say hi or smile and if I don't do the same back to you, please don't think otherwise, just approach me because my memory has a pretty short span. Till the next update, ta ta! (SPAM CLICK NUFFNANG ADS THANKS)
